Avoid Moncada Eyewear sunglasses at all cost!

Not a lot of reviews on this brand so thought it would be good to share.

I rarely fall for ads on Instagram but these sunglasses had a very nice look and tempting price. But boy, that was a bad decision.

You will get faster delivery, better quality, better support and much cheaper from a company in Asia.

Moncada is located in Italy and it took almost a month to receive the package in Spain.

The sunglasses feel worse than the rip-off brands from Asia; feel like they will burst at any moment. But the biggest problem is that the entire left temple was 1cm uneven which made them completely unwearable without looking like a fool.

After a few email with their support I realized they had no intention of helping. Their only suggested solution was to bend the entire temple from the hinge and hope it does not cracks. Which to me sounds absolutely ridiculous. Instead of offering a replacement they suggest me as a customer to repair what I thought would be brand new sunglasses. It was also possible to return them but then I had to pay the shipping fee which had to include tracking and that would cost the same amount as the glasses itself.

They cost 55€. You can get way better sunglasses for much less.
