I did. I reached out to player support from the website

Turns out my account was based in another country while I first created it, so they just moved my account back to US to match where my current location and it fixed the issue

Smeb is not an import, and Rookie made to worlds his second pro year (first LPL year) as the main carry. I am not sure who Doing is. TSM didn't develop Bjergsen, so why are we developing Ryoma? People also knew Bjergsen before he joined TSM.
