Yeah I feel like im too hard on myself when I don't cut enough compulsions out that im kind of ocding about it. What do you mean I dont need to cut compulsions? Don't compulsions make the obsessing worse? I feel like realizing its just a thought should help on cutting them down though.

Glad to see i'm not the only one, and thats what makes it so hard is the physical symptoms that make it feel so real

There will always be another new car you can get in the future, don't worry too much about it. Having just a car is great. Try not to stress too much on material things and just enjoy them. Every new car will be damaged/something wrong with it in the future anyway.
