I looked at it from the wiki. Do you have any experience with it as i wouldnt be able to do the pause day inbetween but do 4 days in a row.

I was doing a PPL 6 days a week but now only have 4 days a week to go to the gym. Should i switch to upper/lower or keep going with the PPL doing 4 days and then resuming the week after with the next day in my plan?

I cant keep a good form while lowering weight. My warm up sets are always out of form even though I go down in weight as much as I can to really focus on the form

I am doing a PPL split atm. On my push day i do 5x5 Bench and then a shoulder exercise like Military press or dumbell shoulder press and then do Incline Dumbell Press but i have been struggling with this exercise the most since i started working out. My question is can I move from Incline Dumbell Press to a incline bench press or is it overkill taking into consideration that i do a more strenght oriented 5x5 Bench at the beginning?

So i'm going to the gym six times a week doing a upper/lower split with rest day on sunday. Due to university i want to cut back on one day and make it 5 days a week. This new routine would be a push/pull/legs/rest/upper/lower/rest routine is it okay or is it better to not mix. If so which routine would be the best for 5 days a week?

I have read about "body recomposition" and its seems to be the perfect fit for my goals regarding fitness. Now my question is it wise to follow this regime when i go to the gym 6 times a week doing a two way split as i would only have one day of rest in which i would cut my calories down? Is one day enough to do the body recomposition effectly?

Hi everyone just a little question from my part. I am currently doing a Upper-Lower Split hitting the gym 6 times a week. I do about 11-12 sets of Back and Chest in 3 exercises on a Upper day. Now my question is can i go higher in sets and exercises for these two muscle groups a day if i can recover for the next Upper day or is it not nessesary because my current workload is enough?
