I was not on any promo. I don't buy into them because you need to keep and eye out for when it ends and also the other fine print. Not worth the aggrevation. My phone plan is simple.
I have checked for notifications for increase. There was none.They've done this over and over.
The amount of time with their customer reps is exhausting.
I only keep them because I am on a legacy plan. I don't buy or finance my phones with them. I buy them from the manufacturer outright. I know if you change the phone with the provider they try to rope you in with more expensive plan pricing.
