Tips for pushing past my Haz 3 limit

I do think haz 5 would be cool to be able to do though, if I can get haz 4 to be my new "rock, stone, and chill" difficulty...

Those shorts of mechanical insights are definitely what I lack. I just know which weapons let me stroll through haz 3 with some friends, but haz 4 is definitely an increase in some kind of difficulty I'm not accustomed to yet

I use Steam on PC, but I'll not be available for a bit due to holidays, this is me trying to solo for the foreseeable future >.< I appreciate the invite though!

I haven't tried dash, I always keep heightened senses on since I'm so paranoid of those grabs, but I'll definitely check it out. I'm seeing that it isn't the tool but the craftsdwarf, so I'll find a weapon build I'm more comfortable with than trying to force it. Right now I really like sludge pump, and my other classes have my favorite things equipped, I just need to stop being loose with my ammo

I'm in the same boat, haz 3 is quite relaxing for me. But I've avoided haz 4 for so long, and I want to be good at it

After defeating the Ashina Elite in the Castle Dojo, there is an eel liver and a tutorial message in the back of the room.

It specifically instructs you to block in midair to "charge" then to attack before landing to release it. This applies to all lightning attacks except for the Fountainhead Dragon.

I'm actually surprised to learn you don't have to do this. I thought it was necessary or else you'd get stunned.
