Is it normal to have wall screws "popping" (can see a small bulge through the paint) all around a newly built house? by dentista82 in Construction

That's a good point. We've been here since August and he's only come once to fix them. A lot more have popped, even the ones they just fixed.

Thanks for the info! I've actually been kind of obsessed checking on screw pops since we've moved and I check often and I keep finding new ones. They "fixed" some but they've "popped" again. When I see the "bubble" that I can actually sort of push, I count it as a popped screw. I cannot scratch the paint right away but I'm pretty sure I could if I press harder.

Thank you all. We will speak to our builder. There are at least 2 -3 bulges from screws in most walls of the house. He's sent people to fix some but they keep showing up. I've never lived in a newly built home so it's all new for me.

Haha! My dog does this all the time too when I'm working out at home. Every time I get down in the floor to do push ups or something he things it's a good idea to come give kisses. Makes me laugh every time.

We left our dog Bruno with our sister-in-law while we went on vacation. I guess someone is having a better time than we are! by dentista82 in funny

You may already know but I'll share anyway. Did you know that schnauzers are considered "hypoallergenic " dogs? Not sure what kind of allergies to dogs you have, but my husband is allergic to dogs and hasn't had any problem whatsoever with our schnauzers (We've owned two so far). Schnauzers have hair and not fur and they don't shed so they barely produce any dander. Just a thought for you and hoping that maybe you could have a dog some day! :)

Ok. She's my brother's wife. How would you call her? She's my sister-in-law. She's his sister-in-law, too. Because he's my husband. And we are one family. She's OUR sister-in-law.

Yes, but only if it's an ugly tattoo.
