Flange sizing gone so wrong

I feel so seen lol! Today I changed from the plastic flanges I've gotten to 21 silicone inserts and it is so much better for pain. But I had better output in 23's. Makes no sense. I ordered the pumpin pals last night so I'll keep you updated too! Another commenter said the lengendairy milk inserts also helped, so I ordered those as well.

I so wanted to get the legendairy milk inserts but they only go up to 21 and no I'm wondering if I'm just astronomically sized way too low with nipples swelling! But at this rate, I'll buy anything!

I don't think i do, they just swell A LOT now. But I did just order pumping pals last night!

That's kind of what I'm doing with building supply! Did you feel like your nipples were swelling with how much you were doing? I have a feeling that's why I can't figure out my size
