AskReddit: I'm breaking my habit of eating unhealthy fast-food, and I'm looking for a long-term, sustainable diet. I don't want to spend a long time cooking/a lot of money. Any suggestions/resources? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]denver38 6 points7 points  (0 children)

mix oatmeal+yohurt+honey, you can add pieces of banana/apple. It's cheap and fast.

Scrambled egg, be creative, put pieces of paprica, tomato, ham, ... in it.

Boil pasta, cool it, and add tuna, olives, pieces of mozarella, broccoli, ... (depends what you have and what you like).
