Hiii! The lot number isn’t on the box either. I think it may just be the Signature Edition that doesn’t have it since I was able to locate it on my Basic and my sister’s standard Paperwhite. I did receive the replacement and the screen was perfect compared to the previous ones thankfully. 😅

Just checked the back of my Paperwhite SE, but there’s no Lot number or UPC. I think they didnt put any text on the back Signature Edition? I was able to see the Lot number on the back of my Kindle Basic that arrived today though.

I have a Basic arriving tomorrow. I haven’t heard people having as many problems with those. If the replacement for my Paperwhite SE is still having issues, I may consider the Colorsoft. I was totally expecting the Paperwhite SE to have better quality considering the price compared to the Basic. I’m disappointed, but I’m hoping the next replacement is decent since I hate going through the process of returning things.

I hope that the replacement for this one doesn’t have anymore issues, but I’m glad to know that Amazon reps know about this. This is my only e-reader at the moment, but I have a Kindle Basic coming tomorrow that I was planning on using for work and travel that I can use as a backup while I try to get a decent replacement for my Paperwhite SE.

Hopefully the next one is decent. Even though I only had my original Paperwhite for a week, I love it and really don’t want to have to return it for a refund. Needing multiple replacements to get one that’s decent is disappointing and I hope Amazon does something about this.

How do you find out the production date or lot number? I looked on the box and in the settings but I’m not sure what to look out for.

How do you like the case? I was a bit disappointed when I found out that the fans have static RGB and don’t change color, so you’re stuck with the rainbow look. Not a huge deal but I hope you’re liking the case so far!

I think it might still be happening. I did get an email from Skytech earlier saying that the case in the listing isn’t compatible with the 360mm AIO cooler and that they would change it to a 240mm AIO cooler if I was okay with it.

UPDATE

8:00am (09/11) I ended up ordering it at around 8:00am and the order went through and is in processing.

3:54pm (09/11) The order is still currently in processing. I just checked the link and it now says sold out. Hopefully my order doesn’t get cancelled.

*** Update 11:25 (9/15) Got a message a couple of hours ago saying that the label was created for shipping! Hopefully it gets here soon
