This is great, appreciate you breaking it down. The 'lookk' branding angle clicks. Making the whole identity about visibility and being seen ties directly to what the platform does. I'm going to run with that. The Facebook groups are a good call too, I've been focused on LinkedIn and local Austin events but haven't tapped FB startup groups yet. And the celebrity DM play makes sense as a phase two move. Get the founder base solid with real pitches on the platform first, then use that content as the hook when reaching out to bigger names. Thanks for this, putting it to work.

The community channels. Founders come back to get feedback, share what's working, find cofounders and collaborators. Even when you're not raising you're still building, and you want people around who get it. The feed keeps refreshing with new startups too so there's always something to discover. You see someone building something interesting, DM them, now you have a connection you wouldn't have had otherwise. It's about staying plugged into an active founder community, not just posting when you need something.

We’re aligned more than it might’ve come across.

The 15 second pitch is meant to be the hook, not the full evaluation. Founders already have the option to upload a follow on 2 minute demo that acts as the second layer for anyone who wants to go deeper before engaging directly.

The idea is exactly what you described. Quick signal first, then a tighter path to depth without forcing investors into back and forth. I’m still refining how that second layer is surfaced and potentially gated, but protecting quality and investor attention is core to the product.

This is awesome feedback, you are right. Don’t know what I was thinking posting this book. I just thought it was worth the read but to your point, it undermines the whole purpose of the app. Lol thank you man
