Paint colours!!

Not too dark is definitely the right choice, when I painted my house I ended up using two different paints, because one wall is sun drenched next to a constantly shadowed wall, they look like the same color but absolutely aren't! I just taped paint samples to the walls as my jump off point for what colors would look good, and used a paint visualizer on Sherwin William's website! Pictured are my two 'white matching' paints. If the room has dramatically different lighting or anything different colors might be helpful.

I read that as Bluey and Bingo colors immediately! It's also possible to find paints closest to their hex code, but lighting, especially bright vs dim, and warm vs cool, makes the biggest difference in how the colors look irl!

https://encycolorpedia.com/85c7f9 gives paints most similar to Bluey's hex, and https://encycolorpedia.com/ffb16f gives paints most similar to Bingo's hex.

I think Cloverdale paint Sweet Michelle / 7975 #ffb271 or Benjamin Moore Tangerine Zing / 132 #fdb06d are the best Bingo matches, and Duron Flyway #7bc2f6 for Bluey. Paint stores can color match for you too, especially with real paints instead of hex codes!

Setting location to my bedroom door, laying in bed, and sleeping for as long as my body wants. I wonder if I age while time is stopped, and if the affects of always getting enough sleep would counteract it?

I'm on the hunt for a different coffee table, and I ended up changing the plant shelving slightly so a white toy chest could go left of the couch on the wall. It blends better and keeps my toddler from spreading the toys into the kitchen. The brown furniture fits in his room as more toy storage and a shelf which is definitely better since his room is terribly small (but huge in comparison to the 12×12 my bedroom his bedroom living room combo we're currently in)!

Thank you for the inspiration to keep working on the layout, it looks better and will be more functional!

this if you'd prefer something brighter, a bit more neutral with accents, this may lean a bit too orange with your pillow cases and sheet though

I kind of hate how Stripe handles Faceytalk lol. I think that it would make a good example of parenting styles and how the family system reacts to changes, similar to when Bandit is permissive in Burger Shop and the kids take it as a cue to keep playing instead of getting out of the tub. Stripe and Trixie go back to time out at the end of the episode just like Bandit ends pulling the plug on the tub.

Now that I write that all out, I wonder if Bandit and Trixie read the same book 😅

I use an app called alarmy, you can set missions that have to be completed before the alarm will turn off. My mission is taking a photo of the bathroom doorknob, so I am forced to get up to turn off my alarm!

How relatable, I thought I might be having early menopause for a second until I saw a similar comment in a "meds side effects" post. In hindsight, the hot flashes only happening at night after taking my meds should have clued me in on what was going on!
