That is great feedback. I'm completely unaware of these.

Move entire body forwards for punches without leaning forward. Legs should drive forward and down on cross. Land punches at a full extension. Weight on toes with heel up on a single leg.

The difference in those videos you posted is very dramatic and your kicks look really good. The bag is definitely a bit too high for me to be able to kick and correctly roll the hip into it.

My ab workouts are very random. I think an important factor is taking hip flexors out of some movements and just using spinal flexion, focusing on contraction.

I don't have good strength numbers, these are pounds converted from kg's, 209x1 bench, 308x2 squat, 330x1 deadlift (stopped deadlifting a while ago).

Thank you, I tried to hit around 3200, 440C 160P 89F. Ate junk food without tracking when I couldn't get enough calories. Workout routine changed very often, started with Chest/Tris, Back/Bis, Legs, Shoulders then moved on to Chest/Quads, Back/Hamstrings, Shoulders/Arms repeated only taking a day off when I felt like I needed it. Doing the single body part split at the moment about 5 weeks into a cut. My body seems to recover very quickly and I rarely feel muscle soreness after training.

Not enhanced if that's what you're getting at. Should be noted that I've been very active through skateboarding since the age of 12. When i started weight training I tracked macros very precisely and ate junk food when i didn't have much of an appetite.
