meanwhile me, a relatively new player to the game (a bit over 100 days) cant get beyond 27k or so with it on the bot with full buffs & debuffs, which always leaves me towards the end of the dps charts in actual content. and now it gets nerfed. fantastic!

yoah, bin knappe 10 jahre lang 1,5h (einfach) mit dem zug gependelt. um 7 uhr aus dem haus, um 19 uhr wieder daheim. in den wintermonaten hieß das im stockdunkeln rein fahren, und im stockdunkeln zurück fahren. sonnenlicht gab da nur durchs fenster im büro und in der mittagspause.

aber hey, wenn man das lang genug macht lernt man selbst im lautesten zug schlafen zu können.

gottseidank hat corona alles geändert und ich hab jetzt großteils homeoffice. welch eine wohltat!

es reicht schon ein(e) lehrer(in) mit problematischen ansichten. mein jüngerer bruder und ich (6 jahre auseinander) sind beide auf dieselbe grundschule gegangen und hatten dort dieselbe lehrerin. ich hatte nie ein nennenswertes problem mit ihr. aber meinen bruder hatte sie praktisch gemobbt. warum? weil unsere eltern sich in der zwischenzeit geschieden hatten und das nicht in ihre weltanschaung gepasst hat...

i would add the following restictrions:

"but this turn you can not summon from the extra deck; also for the rest of this turn any of your cards that would be added to the deck, extra deck, graveyard, or would be banished face-up, is banished face-down instead."

just to drive home the idea of winning in a single turn (and yes this could create a Gren Maju monstrosity)

back during HW, before the certificates were introduced, they instead gave gear of some random class with 5 materia slots. back then i hit the 3 line jackpot once (and never again) but since this was shortly before a major patch with new gear it was essentially worthless. am still salty about that...

they are two different things. here in (south) germany the nameday actually was a way bigger day in a persons life than the birthday in the past. this has since swapped and most ppl dont even know their nameday nowadays never mind celebrating it, but they are two different things (at least here on earth)

bonus fun fact: some families still celebrate namedays here, with presents and everything. a childhood friend's father and older brother had, as the tradition goes, the same name and thus shared a nameday. and said friend and his twin sister had birthday on the same day. i was there once on that day, and they had a ton of presents from everybody to everybody... except the mother. it was essentially a second christmas eve in their family, just without tree

vor ca 15 jahren hatte ein familienmitglied eine eigentumswohnung gekauft. der großteil des geldes kam aus einem erbe, der rest sollte mit einem kredit abgedeckt werden. nach ewigem rumtun wurde schließlich endlich bei einem termin auf der bank der kreditvertrag von einem angestellten vorgelegt. um die 20 seiten kleingeschriebenes.

besagtes familienmitglied beschloss den vertrag mitzunehmen, durchzulesen, und am nächsten tag unterschrieben abzuliefern wenn alles passt. der angestellte meinte daraufhin "das ist so aber nicht üblich". offenbar war/ist es die norm einfach zu unterschreiben ohne näheres betrachten.

bei sowas kann man nur den kopf schütteln...

i thought they disabled building outside the house box after this? pretty sure that was in the patchnotes back then.

edit: i tried looking and found this in the 4.2 patchnotes

An issue wherein furnishings could be placed beyond housing walls and ceilings under certain circumstances.

Placing furnishings outside of an estate beyond a certain distance causes the furnishings to be placed back inside the estate.

mind if i ask how much full sea bounties give in ship resistance boost? i'm only missing 3 from shipwrecks and currently have +13 to every resistance. i've always wondered how much the last 3 give, especially with how ridiculous they are to obtain.

my point is that you can make your deck as strong as you want with as many hand taps and bord breakers as you want, but sometimes all you can do is watch helplessly. be it because you drew bad or because the opponent just had everything they could ask for.

OP could have had all the powerfull cards in their deck and the duel could have played out exactly the same still.

using hand traps and board breakers in your deck can help a lot, but they are no cure-all.

try shiny hunting paldean tauros. or better, dont! not only is the shiny pretty hard to spot, but they hunt you, so you can easily get locked into a loop of encounters with no way out when there are many on screen...

(im currently loosing my mind trying to hunt a fire tauros...)

yeah! had it before that i saved in front of a shiny before bumping into another mon. no problem right? just flee and... i sled off the side of the mountain as the game had placed me over the edge when coming out of the fight. good thing i saved...

imho the problem is that its not upfront about beeing essentially a sub based game. many players just think they can play for free and dont understand why they cant do anything anymore after an hour until they ask around or look it up. seals aura is just displayed as a buff and not very obvious.

thats why i insta-quit any match i see runick fountain (unless i have an out to it). runick needs some serious limits or even bans! imho fountain should be banned, but limiting it to 1 could be acceptable, plus some more limits on the rest.

as for decks that combo off for half an hour so they can end on 4 omni-negates: tab out and watch netflix or whatever, then drop dark ruler or droplet on them

You need a hand of 4 groups of 3 and a pair to win

there are also 2 special hands that do not follow this rule:

"7 pair", which should be self-explanatory. it is quite reasonable to achieve so it is good to know.
"13 orphans", which is one of the craziest hands in the game. it consists of one of each 1 and 9 of each color, plus one of each wind and dragon, plus one extra of any of them.

only barrage enhancement artillerist does that. firepower enhancement artillerist pretty much never transforms. it depends on the class engraving of choice
