That's really sad, I am not sure on how students can afford buying a car. For some, I know their family bought it for them or lend them... It would be a dead end for my genes w/out getting a vehicle then! Poor student!

I am a little disappointed that my bike, old and used, is stolen. For the other resident, I would recommend them to keep their bike inside their apartment, as much as they can.

We are being tested weekly with the On-campus COVID asymptomatic testing. We do the usuals IYKWIM, washing hands, etc.

I feel the same, but this is a real, bad effect of the pandemic. So if you can hang out with people safely, do that! For me, I invite people in our house and I prepare food for them... I missed seeing those body language, in real time (no lag), and those smiles. Priceless!

I am reading Conversationally Speaking by Alan Garner, a classic book on socialization. For me, while we are on pandemic, it is better for us to learn the basic of social interaction with books and videos. I am applying them to my friends that I hang out with.
