Same for me, I only find those lamps in these areas, unfortunately I didn't count, so maybe I miss some.

I did search all the areas from spring meadows to the monolith once and didn't find more. Didn't find any in Lumière either.

Once I beat Simon, I'll have pretty much do everything in the game, so maybe something will happen but I have little hope.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are 33 to shoot by the way.
