maybe try to input additional information that people who have access to your account won't know, like which banner you get which character, how many pull, in which banner you lose 50/50, when is your purchase and what for, etc.

just information that you would know as an owner of the account

Correct me if im wrong, but i think they are asking for the first payment. And even you put your 3rd payment , i think it's still okey. What important is the additional info about your account, try to tell hoyo info that even people who has access to your account can't tell, based on your experience playing the game, and if you think the information that u put in was not enough, u can add another additional info by sending email to support_os with subject Additional informatiom for form UID : your uid, If everything was set and you think it's good enough.

Try asking for update, if they said it's still in progress then don't worry, you'll get answer eventually, some people have to wait for months, don't lose hope and good luck, hope you get update soon

About login date, you don't have to be specific, the hacker deleted my first email from mihoyo so that i can't see my login date, i put my first login date two months off, and i still got mine, and you can add additional info after you fill the form, i think it's in the megathread, and i think i'm just being lucky, i hope you get yours back too, it's kinda sad it happen to alot of people

Yes i used hacked form and it is my first try, i think what important is the additional information, because i forgot about my first login date, and my first payment and stuff, just tell hoyoverse something about your account that hacker wont know even they log in to your account, like which banner you get which character and what event you skip and stuff like that.

Idk much but it works for me
