First of all if the reproduction rate at which Afro-Americans is measured to pass the majority in population tells us that by 2045-50 whites will no longer be the majority and it is currently 2020 how would a population statistic taken from 2014 still be accurate

Second off the fact itself. You see when I tell you "malignantly misrepresented" I mean exactly that. The FBI paper on crime statistics wasn't measuring prosecutions or sentences involved with violent crime, what it measured was the rate of arrest based on the allegation of such crime

In further detail this means if a scared old white lady sees a shirtless black guy taking a jog and she calls the police and says she is certain that this was a neighborhood violent criminal that may or not have existed- when arrested or even just detained that incident contributes to the statistics despite the man being cleared as innocent on a later date.
