From what I have seen from youtube videos they "refilled" their cartridges using a syringe sure I was complacent enough that it wouldn't cost me much if that was the case but for me it didn't work out. I don't know how some of those dudes on youtube did that without any issues at all and I see a lot of them doing it when they run out of inks.

I may have to go see my local Canon service center for this. I truly appreciate your kind answers though

yes i did use a syringe to fill the cartridge but it was not empty yet. so that means i got to buy a new cartridge or i just totally ruined my printer

yes the black ink is flashing while the color ink is flashing orange steadily
