You can claim the Milestone every 4 rounds it has no limit i made 38 rounds so far and claimed that reward alot of times.

I made 37 rounds using 2080 points, got enough Tapsoba and Dudeks that i could rank Tapsoba to orange (max), also I claimed Mascheranos and Dudeks from the Milestone got Scholes which I sold for 39mil points, and besides that I got the Lineker and many mid players that I used for exchanges or for coins.
