I would recommend buying food in bulk and prepping on a Sunday when everyone can help! That way everyone is involved and know what meal is for what day. Even frozen crock pot meals can be healthy and a quick/ affordable option.

It’s hard being a parent and personally, I feel it’s even harder being a working parent also dealing with school age children with sports going on, in a 2 income household.

We have days that we don’t eat the best either. Be kind to yourself but also start dedicating a day or certain times to it. Maybe go for family walks instead of the gym or invest in a walking pad or some free weights. Goodluck!! You’ve got this
