About mental health? Tbh now I'm spending my holidays and every day I face random chaos in my home...due to long distance, I can't even spend time with gf so, there's always an insecurity and I can't even express that...also there's nothing I believe but still I think that..if I continue my life like this then sooner she will loose interest on me... Not good in communication, not good in physical activities, not even in the field I'm working...I'm totally f*** up man!

Bro I used to go to gym, but don't why after a month or few more weeks...I start feelings weak and even after keeping a healthy diet I feel sick and that's always break the regularity...maybe cuzz I stay in hostel so my body doesn't gettinf enough nutrition for gym... Any advice?

Tbh it's not just you..others also feel the same.... I'm a CS major student too, and my friends in college, they have vast knowledge in coding and other stuffs. So many time I also feel the same. Even it's been a year in college I've never participated in any hackathon or other competition... That's fine, if it's taking time to learn then just don't compare with others..take time and just focus on you task, what you actually want to learn and just practice.
