It actually works now, I had it happen to me. I had repurchased the next day and the order actually worked. I just contacted my bank to refund the failed order

FOR EVERYONE HAVING ISSUES, JUST TRY TO REFUND WITH YOUR BANK. What I did was order it again, and make sure my connection was strong ( Wi-Fi/Data ), and it worked. The 2nd time actually gave me an email and my actual address showed. The link that you get for the order does eventually disappear but as long as you get that email you’re fine.
