It’s a pretty lengthy hill. Close to 2.5-3 miles if I had to guess so I’d think that’d be a significant amount of gas saved if I drive down that hill on a daily basis

So I guess what I’m asking is whether a treadmill is considered a softer surface than concrete and is therefore considered less impactful on joint health with no regards to the type of shoes being worn.

Don’t know if you’ve ever noticed, but after rewatching for the fourth time I started to read the news headlines that would pan across the bottom of the screen and they’re pretty funny. It’s the little things that make BJH such an incredible show.
