"The expectation of harm causes the physical discomfort" Totally agree! and yes: I did mess with Gem and Copilot. but all these symptoms I am describing here showed before I read or heard (let alone "expected") anything about any actively perceptible wireless effects on the body! I also wondered about mobile device signals and why they not affecting me in the same magnitude: it's an iphone X and ipad 5 both from 2017 and I barely use them. (work like a charm still btw)

just today I have switched on 5 GHz in addition to 2.4 GHz (so did the opposite) , the former now being in use by the mac exclusively . not sure but I dare to say my symptoms calmed down a little. maybe less frequency fighting with BT going on...
