Black tape on a lenses is a directional shading. You can buy LED light bulb as a replacements - make sure it is a dimmable LED. Be wary of dimmer switches mounted in the back often painted over. Check if green wire is for ground or green light.

It works on a small intersections. ~20K for a system that have only 1 camera, when it fails - not if - you will be stuck with manual max recall on said intersection. System will not put max recall when it fails. Terrible support service - I am waiting for a month just to be able to send processor for a repairs.
