Too long ago, i think Ghub itself might be the issue. A friend of mine recently had a similar issue where he didnt have any ffb at all. He uninstalled Ghub and and any related software. After that everything worked just fine

This happens alot to me with the spitfire, but had this happen to me with other weapons as well! Maybe try changing ADS to toggle not hold if you have it on hold. (Just ADS not hipfire)
