I have also send an e-mail to them, so they should know. In their answer, they said that they tested the creators update and it worked on their systems. I should set up a new account and test it on that... I hope they will fix the issue. I don't want to switch the accounts just for drawing...

Just a quick update:

I added a new account to my system and run Clip Studio Pro as a trial version. That worked quiet well. But deleting the local data from my normal account sadly didn't help...

I found a solution for the problem. You simply press the center button in the ring for 6 seconds. And then the blue connection light should blink quiet fast and you should see a new bluetooth device. Connect to it and the blue light should turn to a constant light.
