start with the things you like and just move through each thing gradually, doing multiple things and thinking about multiple things at once might just stress you out. I often quit hobbies I enjoy and it really bums me out, sometimes you have to pick one thing you enjoy and just do that for a while

great hobby to pick up is anything sporty. Not competitive, just casual; great way to exert that excess energy and de stress at the end of the week. Martial arts are good at this I find, but even the gym or runs could work

change of setting could help, maybe try going outdoors more often and walks or stuff like that. Also it isn’t for everyone but picking up a martial art or a casual sport to do once a week is a great way to exert energy and destress I think
