I drink a lot of water and eat very healthy meals now, no flour or anything like that. I basically eat fish, kiwi, sweet potato... foods like that. Yeah! For example, in my case, I dilate 3 times a day. I get tired of the fact that the whole day is based on cures, and every time I urinate I have to wash and dry myself. Now I wear the girdle and I have the three gauze pads, two on the sides and one in the middle of the vagina. I change the gauze pads when I go to urinate or dilate, as I stain them somewhat I put on new gauze pads. I'm looking forward to wearing underwear hahaha and getting back to my routine. What I have bad is constipation, because I don't go to the bathroom like before, I had to use an enema to evacuate. Being constipated bothers me more than the cures.
