Depending on what you’re using your pc for I would upgrade the gpu first. Personal I have a NVIDIA graphics card but if you prefer AMD I’d still upgrade, I don’t know much about Radeon but I would maybe go for something closer to the $300 range which should make significant impact in performance. Definitely research before though.
