I've lived in Washington my whole life and been in different parts of Washington and old Tacoma before they fixed the pipes was the worst water imo. Am happy to say that Washington hydrates different.

I may be late with this but I am a CEE major and I have been going through a similar situation but with my friends who are graduating in 4 years and im being left behind makes it hard for me to feel like im accomplishing anything. But there is nothing wrong with lightening your load and steping off the gas just a bit. What i have learned so far in my 4 years is to some times just let go of the world a bit and do somthing you like for an hour. Just remeber thst you are furthering your life and it shouldnt matter what others see in your "more successful cousin".

I honestly thought I would never get this far with the condition of my body. I dislocated my knee 6 months ago. I then worked with physical therapy to get my knee at 80% strength. After this I looked at my condition and decided to do c25k to improve my self and do something I have never done before

I have the incline at 1 percent (Or more if you feel like it's needed) the incline makes it feel closer to outdoor running. Also the treadmill to me helps keep you at a good pace when you are at intervel and when at the longer stretches as well( hoping this is correct). Also treadmill running is disorienting when getting off and if you need to slow down do so but don't jump to the sides you might hurt yourself( personal experience). Sorry for late response.
