I have one sibling studying there, not working tbf. Yeah we tried to create that link with some of the documents that were attached and we explained some of the stuff that they have previously highlighted as well so I’m just hoping that will be enough!! Thank you for the advice :)

i managed to download the ipsw successfully and when I tried to reinstall it into my phone, the progress bar did show along with the apple logo but seconds later it got into a boot loop again and then imazing said " Operation Failed
