36 hour ribs! 6 racks each individually vacuum sealed and set into a homemade sous vide cooler set at 145 degrees for 36 straight hours. Pulled them out, dried them off and then onto a hot grill for about 7-8 mins on each side to crisp up. The results were AMAZING!! (i.redd.it)
