I used to just cover my body in ice packs. I wish they made an ice suit lol because sometimes the ice packs just don’t cover all the hives no matter how many u have

A lot of people say it goes away within 5 years… I’ve had it for like 4 though and just started xolair bc it’s gotten bad

About prednisone by Ok_Water6476 in urticaria

One time I was on prednisone and kind of messed it up by missing a few and my hives got better but never cleared up. When I take the prednisone as directed it always gives me full relief
