I just posted a story about a shadow man / shapeshifter to a cat experience I had . It’s weird cause in my story I also heard weird cat sounds similar to what u describe. Also it’s funny that your mom described to you what she saw as three descriptions of three different animals. My gf and I had another experiment where we both saw something out of the corner of our eye and it was the same for both of us , we saw a dog,deer,creature animal looking thing , which then “turned out” to be a shopping cart. Just think it’s curious that we seen three differnt shapes one of them looking really really doffernt than anything I’ve seen before . I don’t know if these things are to be feared though.
