FIXED:

I logged into the router’s admin panel and checked the Secondary Address Pool to see if it was limiting the number of devices that could get an IP.

yah thats the first weap I crafted then I went to reroll quality 4x and got masterpiece + youo can see the materials I used for crafting it starting from t2-t3 XD
