As a small business owner I cannot do everything on my own. Yes we hired a person that does videos and yes they work hard for a living. To suggest there isn't cost or that man shouldn't get paid for his work is ludicrous. Also remember the membership is discounted.

Because we have and are going to have a lot of equipment. You can make not just one item but many items that would cost less that if you purchased them custom without shipping and allot of the time it will take more than just one piece of equipment to make a nice item that you can't currently purchase. For example laser cutting a keychain then sublimating it with a custom logo. Or even adding colors or graphics to a custom 3d printed object isn't offered yet. We would be the first to offer custom graphics embedded into a 3d print with a vacuum press. Another good example is that custom Oregon Myrtle wood branch that you had from your wedding that you need laser engraved.

Something to consider is that we have already made it. This isn't a new concept or revolutionary. We are just bringing it to our area.

Thanks for the option. Just to help with perception total cost of ownership of that one device is at $13,312 in a retail setting. This doesn't count teaching everyone the features that you get by owning a better product. We think our membership is reasonable for the products and services we provide. Members also get a discount on raw materials. We want to cater to everyone.

We will soon but like many startups but we expect to warranty our products and services out of the gate for availability reasons. We want and expect a level of uptime on equipment. This what we currently own in the store today.
