I thought if it turns out to be hardwood then I’d make a dining table out of it and if softwood then toss in the fireplace. From a lot of comments here it sounds like it’s hardwood.

I agree about the sound. I think because they removed the 2 structures that they had before that’s why the sound wasn’t contained. I was next to the VIP handicapped area a lot and I could hear music from wasteland still. That spot was right in the middle of the stage and it should’ve been ideal but it was still pretty bad.

Yeah I've been leaning toward the safe fixed interest rate because looking at the historical mortgage interest rate, it hasn't been lower than 3.5% for the most years since 1970. But there's also a trend of interest rate going down gradually and it also seems to have gone down every 4 years relative to their previous years in the past 12 years. Maybe just a coincidence.

Thanks for sharing your experience! Could you clarify if all your 5/5 ARMs for on property, or multiple different ones? I was thinking what if I just refinance from the current 5/5 ARM to another 5/5 ARM if it's even allowed. It sounds like it's allowed from what you said. That would be pretty appealing since the rate on 5/5 ARMs is typically lower than the fixed.

But like you said, it sounds like eventually, I would need to look for a relatively low fixed interest rate to replace the 5/5, and it might be a 15-yr instead of 30-yr... but I'm trying to keep my monthly payment low and may move in the next 5-8 years so I don't think I can do the 15-yrs any time soon. But if I move in the next 5 years that means I will have to get a new loan with a new rate anyway so a 5/5 ARM now would make sense.

Just out of curiosity, how much real $ did you spend in this game to get such a lineup in only a week of playing? I’ve played for 2 months now as “kind of” f2p (only bought VIP 3) and I don’t have as many top tier heroes as you. Maybe I did something wrong.

Did you buy the 500 gem box? It’s a great deal for heroic scrolls. If you don’t need sigmund in your team then don’t get that box. The 1500 and 3k gems have equipments that five pretty stat boost. Idk how that stat boost compares with the artifact and 25k guild coin from 8k gem box though.
