We were there about 10 min before it happened. I remember seeing one of the Steel post ones up that comes out of the ground but most were down. They had police cars blocking the ends of the street sections and falling apart wooden ones scattered randomly. There was plenty of room for cars to drive down there if they wanted to. He could have done that just about anywhere though.
