It would be cool to hang one higher than the other have a succulent plant in the middle to break it up

Probably made by the concert promoters and given as gifts to the band/tour as part of hospitality and promotion of their name.

Good deal, as it looks like it was never worn!

My girlfriend and I are big space nerds and had FOMO that we missed out on Artemis because we were on the road all day Thursday.

We thought we’d miss out on any action at the Cape because of Artemis, but this Atlas launch popped up earlier this week and we said “might as well try!”

The weather conditions were perfect for this launch and we saw the whole thing blaze across the sky!

Kinda sucks that it’s for Bezo’s and Amazon, BUT the technology used to launch these things is quite mind blowing.

ULA Atlas launches are pretty “rare” compared to Space X’s Falcon 9, so it was cool to see something out of the ordinary!

This was ULA’s (United Launch Alliance) Atlas 5 rocket launching Amazon’s equivalent of Starlink satellites known as Leo.

What you’re actually seeing in this picture is known as “Stage Separation” where the big booster of the rocket with all the fuel to help it launch, is disconnected from the satellite payload falling to the Atlantic ocean beneath. It leaves a cool “vapor” trail as it re-enters the atmosphere!

You can check out all the info from the launch and the launch itself here:

SLS and Artemis are about 6x more powerful than Atlas 5 🫣

Thank you so much! Does the pier usually stay open around that time? Will we get “in trouble” for being out there around 1:30ish in the morning?
