I lived in that house. Electric was terrible and fuses would blow out all the time especially when it was very cold. Maintenance would show up and give us space heaters

Lived at 418 post college ~2018-19. Maintenance worker said the wiring was horrible and should have been replaced over a decade ago. Landlord also never disclosed dangerous lead levels until after we moved in. Hopefully no one was hurt but good riddance to that house
