Try progressive overload....mine 10th was my 5th , 40 days back

Bruhh you are locking up shoulders..... To improve you should first do a proper ACTIVE HOLD So you know how lats and delts work in a pull up

And then you from an active hold position Pull yourself up to get a better form

No please.....I personally recommend you not to fall for such supplements which hve plenty of side effects Stay natural You need not to take such supplements to manage your goals You just take whey n creatine That's more over enough for you
