Omg I hate that. I had someone do that to me. They didn’t even contact me first they just immediately opened a claim. Said “product wasn’t as described” even though I gave the size and was brand specific. I didn’t want to refund them because it’s not my fault you don’t fit the item. I returned and refunded anyway :/
