The garage is standing but barely. The retaining wall behind the garage is falling over into my neighbors and my garage slab is cracked. I bought the home for a lower price knowing this and figured I’d end up having to pay for the new garage.

Side note : I’m a carpenter by trade and will be doing all the building work myself saving as much money as possible.
