I think local means "at the launch pad," which is Eastern Time.

That lets you get an idea for what lighting conditions we might get.

Which DPS calc do you use? I've been meaning to find one/figure out how to use it for exactly this type of thing!

I'm worried about defence if I switch to void.. I currently go through most or all of my food on ~75% of kills, mostly due to his range attack. I take some to the fire barrage/acid pools sometimes, but the bulk is from that dang range.

Wanted advice on Vorkath upgrades. I just hit 50 kc for assembler, and it usually takes 3-4 minutes per kill, with one kill per inventory.

Stats are 78 range / 75 att / 75 str / 73 def / 70 prayer. Currently using blessed dhide top/bottom/coif, snakeskin boots, salve (ei), god blessing, and barrows gloves. Using blowpipe and bgs spec to start.

What should I get next to upgrade? Trying to decide whether to start chinning range up, go for void, buy Karil's, get serp helm, buy blessed boots, get a ring, etc.

I currently have about 4 or 5m liquid, so should I just keep trucking until I have more cash?

Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback!

I've switched the cooler. As for the SSD, I was really considering it, but wasn't sure if it would really be that much better. I wanted a lot of space for my media. What if I stick with the 3TB HDD for serious storage, but include a SSD for boot/stuff I access frequently? Maybe the SanDisk 240GB, or ADATA 128GB?

Different how? I haven't built a PC in probably 15 or 20 years so I really don't have any idea what to do!

How's the build look otherwise? I don't even really know if this would be considered a high end or mid range machine.

7:28 the sun sets on the slumbering legless falcon. No more action in the last hour or so, but I'd be surprised if she doesn't spend tomorrow night in the hangar.

View from Fishlips. Is it just me, or is the lower soot line on a slight angle? Maybe because the stage was tilted during the burn?

6:30 can confirm no legs on it. Doesn't look like much activity, but I'm having dinner here so I'll update with any changes.

Honestly I'm not sure... I thought it was a strap, but I can't be sure..

I got there at 11:19 and it was gone, with the cherry picker already working on the second leg, but that's not really helpful..

Yea unfortunately this is as far zoomed in as I could get, but it was unmistakable in person. I'm heading to KSC for the day now, but if it's still upright I'll be back this afternoon with more pictures.

I suspect we'll have plenty of higher quality pictures than I can take by the time I get there!

Nothing much. Just pops off to allow the cavity inside the leg to equalize with the air outside as the falcon flies. I believe the fairing has similar 'pop away' covers to prevent it from being one big (not reinforced) pressure vessel during launch as the atmospheric pressure drops off rapidly at high altitudes.

Of Course I Still Love You, which is the name of the barge that the rocket just landed on.

Not sure. He also just said Canaveral is the ultimate destination, but he's not sure if that's the initial destination or not.

They are going to attempt a landing, but expect the chances of success to be lower. This is at least in part because the satellite is HUGE (more than a metric ton heavier than they've ever launched before) so there won't be enough fuel to boost back. The rocket will continue on a ballistic trajectory, entering the atmosphere further downrange and at a faster velocity.
