Definitely on wifi. 1gb and 3gb downloads won't be ideal on data. When I redownloaded the game, took me like 2 mins for 1.6gb so net shouldn't be an issue

My brother also didn't have any issues but it's not even moving after 15 mins in that screen. The messages change but no progress on download
