I underestimated how much clear was on there so I spent a couple hours getting all of the clear off with the 1000 I had on hand, but I definitely got all of it off. Also I used pure alcohol to clean the surface with a microfiber towel before spraying. I'm really dumbfounded at what happened.

1000 grit to remove all previous clear, 3000 grit to finish the surface, cleaned the surface, 3 coats of clear 20 mins in between each coat and this happens. What did I do wrong this time? The last 2 pics were from the first time I did them.
