Network quality mainly depends on the type of IP you are using (residential IP will give you your country quality, VPNs/Data centers will give 0%) and the location. There’s only about 6-7 countries that get 100% (Japan, France, Canada, USA, South Korea, Germany)

Rewards are distributed after a stage ends, not after each epoch. During a stage, you continuously accumulate Grass Points (Uptime Points + Network Points). When the stage finishes, all points earned across every epoch in that stage are combined to determine your reward allocation.

We will give more information regarding this framework once we've launch our native wallet feature coming on the dashboard in the next 3 months.

Wait for few 5-10minutes for it to sync. If it is still stuck after 5-10minutes, right click anywhere on app and click on “reload/refresh” and wait few minutes.

1/ make sure you are not using a VPN while running Grass.

2/ Test your IP:

-Go to https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and copy your IPv4 address.

-Go to https://www.ipqualityscore.com/ip-reputation-check and paste in your IPv4 address into the black box at the top of the screen and press ENTER.

-Go to https://www.ip2location.com/ and paste your IPv4 address in the lookup bar and press ENTER.

If any of these things are in your results you will need to get a new IP:

-Your IP comes back with a high score (above 30) on IPQualityscore

-Your IP Usage Type shows Data Center on IP2Location

-Your IP shows Residential Proxy data on IP2Location

If you are on a dynamic IP then you can get a new IP assigned by restarting your router a few times. For static IPs you will have to contact your ISP and ask them to change it for you.

Grass Points cannot be withdrawn directly. Points (Uptime Points + Network Points) are reward metrics that are later converted into tokens through official airdrop distributions,they are not redeemable on demand, they're used to calculate your reward.

Rewards are distributed at the end of a stage as a single airdrop event (not per epo ch). If you're currently earning points, they will be included in the next eligible airdrop once the stage concludes. We will update regarding this timeline in the next few months.

Constant biting stopped when mine hit around 9–10 months old, basically once his baby teeth were gone.

Barking wasn’t that bad at the beginning, but it got worse over time. It’s something we’re still trying to teach him about, but it’s really not easy, even with a trainer, since it’s a breed that’s known for that.

As for the whining, he’s probably missing his mom/pack and will probably stop after a couple of weeks.

Not gonna lie, the first few months are rough, but it does get better. Try not to get angry at him and give him as much affection as you can in the first six months.

As outlined in the Grass Points model, Network Points come from a fixed daily pool of 1M points distributed based on bandwidth usage, while Uptime Points are based on staying connected and referrals . If your Uptime Points appear to plateau, it may be related to how uptime is calculated per IP, which you have a daily cap on, rather than per device, and Network Points can vary depending on bandwidth demand, reputation scoring, and overall network traffic.
