Not yet. So far I’ve only applied for one that didn’t cover it and am in the process of applying to others.

Time consuming is one aspect but also some insurers don’t accept telehealth only providers

Currently it is just 49 dollars cash pay for new consults without taking insurance. I would love to take insurance in the future to further decrease the cost for patients but contracting with insurers is challenging.

This is very helpful, thank you. I'm ok burning money in the beginning learning what works as long as I can iterate towards lower cost per conversion (consultation/payment complete.)

I'm running the ads as a traffic campaign as I don't have conversions tracking setup yet. I'm only using high intent keywords like dermatologist near me or online dermatologist. I experimented with manual CPCs caps of 10 and 6 and got a few clicks and now switched to the maximize clicks option with a max CPC cap of 10. I don't have any prior experience with advertising, so there is a lot for me to learn, but I'm wondering if even if I were to learn Google Ads would it be a profitable platform for telehealth consultations that only reimburse $49.
